 Badger Cottage has the following accommodation:-

              Bathroom/WC with shower over bath

The accommodation is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.

Squirrels Nest has the following accommodation:-
              One double bedroom
              One bunk bedroom
              Lounge
              Kitchen/dining room 
              Bathroom/WC with shower over bath

The accommodation is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.Both cottages are fully equipped with all bed linen and duvets. The kitchen's have a fridge/freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine/dryers, electric stove, plenty of pots and pans and utensils. There is a TV/video in both cottages.

The cottages are fully centrally heated with the addition of an electric fire in the Lounge, and heaters in the bathrooms..Each cottage has its own enclosed garden and garden furniture and there is parking for two cars per cottage.We are only 15 minutes walk from the fishing village of Polperro or the beach at Talland Bay.
